One of our most popular projects encompasses what we call a Kitchen & Common Area Remodel. Typically this includes the kitchen, living & dining areas, hallways and sometimes a hall or powder bath. More times than not the project scope includes removing and moving walls, shifting windows and adding large sliders, smooth coating all walls, replacing all interior doors, front door, and putting in new wood flooring throughout the house (including bedrooms).
