We design layouts around your life, and create a plan that’s buildable within your number.  We even translate your finishes into construction-ready drawings that allow you to pay less for every other professional’s time.  All while staying aligned with your vision.

Once you’ve signed off on your layout, In The Deets works with our architect and engineer to create plans that are ready for bidding and permitting.

With Konstructo

Konstructo does the most thorough walk-through your home has ever had, then prices the project line by line. If you’d like any adjustments, we get it in the plans now, instead of after construction begins, when it costs three times as much!

Construction

In The Deets stays on as project manager, submitting your permits and ordering your materials for on-time delivery.  Together with Konstructo, we are on site every week, managing the job personally.  You are never handed off to a different point of contact than who you began with - it’s us, the entire way.
