Gita and Priyam met on a construction site—Gita was the designer, Priyam the contractor. From day one, it was clear they worked differently. They both understood construction, focused on the details, and prioritized communication. The project ran smoother than most, and both noticed how rare (and refreshing) that was!
They also discovered they had more in common than just work ethic. Both lived in Lafayette, had young kids just a year apart, and shared a desire to do great work without the drama.
As they continued collaborating on project after project, it became clear that working together wasn’t just easier—it produced better results. So they made it official. Most homeowners never get to experience what a truly coordinated renovation feels like — where the designer and contractor are already on the same page before the first meeting. That's what we built. Gita leads all design, permitting, and project management for every project. With a background in Industrial Design and 12 years of remodeling experience, she brings both creative vision and technical rigor to every renovation — she's as comfortable reviewing structural drawings as she is selecting tile.
She custom-built her own home in Lafayette, which means she's been exactly where her clients are: making hundreds of decisions, managing a budget, and living through construction. That experience shapes how she runs every project. Gita lives in Lafayette with her husband and two kids.

Priyam leads all construction for every project, managing Konstructo's in-house team from demolition through final walkthrough. She started her career by buying and remodeling homes herself — so she thinks like an owner, not just a contractor. She understands where money is well spent and she's not afraid to say so.
Priyam is known for clear communication and showing up — her clients always know where their project stands.
She holds contractor's license #1032050 and has spent 9 years building high-quality residential projects throughout Lamorinda. She lives in Lafayette with her husband and daughters.
