It depends on the scope. Here are typical timelines:

• Bathroom remodel: 8–12 weeks

• Kitchen only: 8–12 weeks

• Kitchen & common area with whole house finishes: 3–4 months

• Kitchen & common area with whole house finishes plus bathrooms: approximately 6 months

These timelines assume all materials are selected and ordered before construction begins — which is exactly how we run our projects.

If we're touching every room in your home, moving out is strongly recommended. If we're remodeling a section of the home and you have a bathroom available outside the construction zone, staying is an option — but keep in mind that construction is loud, dusty, and disruptive to daily life. We'll always give you an honest assessment of what to expect before work begins.

Knowing your style and the finishes you love is a great start — but knowing what you want and being construction-ready are two very different things. To actually build your project, every single item needs to be specified and ordered, and elevation drawings need to be created showing exactly how each element gets installed. Without that, contractors are guessing — and guessing leads to delays, change orders, and cost overruns. That's what we take care of.

Hiring a designer, architect, and contractor separately often costs more — because each party is working from different information and assumptions. When all three are aligned from day one, you spend less on revisions, less on change orders, and more of your money goes into your actual project.

Because your designer, architect, and contractor are working together from day one, our cost estimates are far more accurate from the start. You spend less time and money redoing plans, and more of your budget goes into your actual project.
