The Client
A family building a custom home for themselves, imagining the place where their family would grow, celebrate, and make memories.
The Challenge
They wanted a design that could handle real life with ease: An en-suite bathroom for each bedroom so no one would fight. A play area where parents wouldn’t get mad if toys and games were left out, while keeping the main area clutter-free. Spaces for gathering, and spaces for out-of-town guests.
The Results
An open floor plan and vaulted ceiling made the great room feel truly great, with space to cook, play games, watch sports, and be together. The unique Mediterranean finishes were picked specifically with the rigors of kids and pets in mind. Clever storage in every room ensures that even when the home is being used by a busy family, it still feels spacious and easy to maintain. We don’t design for one-time staged photos, our goal is for your home to feel this way every day.
