The Client

A family with three young kids who needed enough bedrooms and common space to entertain.

The Challenge

With a third child on the way, this family was outgrowing their well-built home. They needed more bedrooms and bathrooms, plus larger shared spaces for everyday life and entertaining.

The Results

We opened up the shared spaces and used the former office to expand the kitchen, creating room for family and friends to gather. A dedicated adult space with a custom bar and additional bedrooms and bathrooms gave everyone a place of their own.

An ADU above the garage gave visiting family a comfortable space of their own.
