Permit Submittal Process

INITIAL REVIEW
We review your plans to ensure they’re complete and ready for submission—flagging issues early to avoid delays.
2.
SUBMIT
We handle all of the permit applications and submit directly to the city, county, sanitation, and fire as needed. We handle online and in-person submissions by municipality.
3.
PLAN CHECK MANAGEMENT
We track progress weekly, follow up with planners, and keep submissions on track. Our relationships with planners are key for speedy turnaround times.
4.
CORRECTIONS & RESUBMITTALS
We coordinate with your architect and engineer on any responses to comments and resubmit quickly to keep things moving.

We take on projects at the beginning of the permitting process—before initial submission—so we can manage it correctly from day one.
At this time, we do not take on projects that have already been submitted or are in plan check.
Starting early allows us to prevent delays, streamline communication, and move your project efficiently toward approval.

APPROVAL
We see it through until your permit is issued. Provide copies of stamped plans and permit cards for construction.
